1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.

2. Order Issues

• If there is a technical issue or service failure, we may provide a replacement or an alternative solution.
• If services were not delivered as promised, contact us within 48 hours of order completion.

3. Fraudulent Transactions

If a payment is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order and report the transaction.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding orders must be addressed via support@socialhit.in before raising a chargeback with your bank.
